Backing business in Ireland

We are passionate about supporting Irish companies at the startup and scale-up stage of life. One thing they nearly always need is financial support. But banks are often slow to lend to startups or even scale-ups. That’s where private equity and venture capital comes in. Laura Dillon runs Waterland private equity and plans to spend €100m over the next 12/18 months to support the growth of Irish companies. Laura joined Joe on the show this morning.
