Bad, Good, Bad News RE: Newly-Released Sealed Document (Opinion)

Here we provide pure opinions, comments, and speculation per the First Amendment discussing the status of the docket and case summary page in the high profile criminal case of Idaho v. Kohberger. A pure opinion and comment is proffered regarding one document of the 89 still sealed documents ordered to be released Dec. 18. 2025 that was released today.
