We have all been a part of having or creating or ending a bad habit. I’ve had to change my bad habits into good habits. It was not an easy road to travel. I enjoyed some of my bad habits. That’s when my problems really began. I was enjoying being bad too much and too often. Because I wasn’t ready to face my bad habits for what they were, I found myself struggling sooner and longer when it came to making the necessary changes within myself. My bad habits ruled me for way too long. I’m here to share my insights and my experiences with you all as a relates to bad habits. We are all worthy of being better and doing better for ourselves and others. Don’t let your bad habits control your life. There is far more life to live outside of having bad habits.
