Hem convidat el sommelier Xavier Barba, d'Entrevins, i el llicenciat en Filosofia, comerciant, elaborador i negociant de vins Oriol Pérez de Tudela, del projecte El Vi A Punt. També tenim el restaurador Marc Roca, que es va donar a conèixer a Begur i que ara triomfa al carrer Londres de Barcelona amb el seu Blau BCN. Impulsa un nou projecte on servirà un vi de taula en bag in box triat amb el sommelier Antonio Lopo. També ens acompanya Jordi Vallès, del Celler Vallès de Castelldefels; Anna Rovira, l'enòloga del Celler de Capçanes, per presentar el seu pinot noir emparat per la DO Catalunya, i Míriam Chivite, de Baldufa Vins, protagonista del Club de Vins amb Origen.
