It can be easy to get swept up in everything that needs to be done during the holidays, but make sure you do not give up your rest or Sabbath day. Rest is still important when our lives are busy. It is even more important during the busy seasons because it helps us be refreshed and ready to do all we need to do. To keep your rest and Sabbath day this might require some boundaries. How to Set Boundaries: Decide what matters most. Practice saying no with grace. Schedule time for rest and keep your Sabbath day. Set a limit on your holiday spending. Make time for God. Remember: Do not over-commit to things. Keep doing your quiet time with God. It is okay to say no to things.   Jesus is the reason for the season!
