Baltic avenue is a property on the Monopoly board that nobody cares about. It is statistically the worst section to own. The Jews of the time of Jesus considered Samaria a terrible place to be. In fact, they would go out of their way to avoid it...yet, Jesus felt compelled to go speak to a woman there.
