Barbara Brennan Green Ribbon Month

Barbara Brennan Project co-ordinator from See change joined Sinéad on today's 11-1,  May 1st marks the start of the month long Green Ribbon campaign aiming to break down the stigma associated with mental health issues. Barbara says she wants people to speak about depression and other mental illness in the open and transparent way you would talk about having a cold or other common ailments.  Hosted on Acast.
