Obrim nova temporada amb un programa que hem volgut dedicar a la segona edició de la Barcelona Wine Week (BWW), que se celebrarà del 4 al 6 d'abril al palau 8 del recinte Montjuïc de Fira de Barcelona. Un total de 650 cellers espanyols, i més de 60 denominacions d'origen i indicacions geogràfiques protegides, participaran en un saló on s'esperen prop de 350 compradors internacionals procedents de 54 països. Barcelona, després de la pandèmia, recupera la capitalitat del vi. Per parlar del saló hem convidat el seu president i també del Consell Regulador del Cava, Javier Pagés, i la seva project manager, Marta Macías. També comptem amb al director tècnic de Família Torres, Josep Sabarich, que ens parla sobre el seu projecte de recuperació de varietats ancestrals catalanes, que serà protagonista de la BWW.
