Bassem Youssef - 07 February 2025

My special guest this afternoon is world-renowned for his satire, numerous television appearance and gigs and in recent times earned the revolutionary tag for his modernist thinking and opinions expressed on public platforms. Dubbed the "Jon Stewart" of the Arab World, Bassem Youssef pretty much has his own identity. And he’s making his South African debut this weekend starting off with a show this evening in Durban. It is my pleasure to welcome Bassem to the show this afternoon.
