Batter Days, Chapter 6

Creative Riding Now set up in their studio, Kipper and Mulligan attempt to "become artists." But the former bumbling henchmen are finding it hard to make the transition. Fortunately, Goggles stops by to check in on them. Goggles has years of experience being a creator. He tries to teach Kipper and Mulligan the fundamentals by introducing them to some of the other artists in The Tunnels. And it is quite an eclectic assortment of creators.
