BB77: Changing Your Atmosphere

Been fortunate enough in the last few weeks to have the honor of mentoring a few gentlemen in person, that aim to start or improve their Asphalt Maintenance business. It got me thinking about my own life, and the "mentors" I have unintentionally made us of, and the ones I intentionally built relationships with to improve my business, relationships and Life. In this episode I reflect on all of that and share my story, as well as the advantages to becoming a mentor, as well as seeking one out. I also touch on just surrounding yourself with the right atmosphere of people, to change your situation by osmosis, I have you find this content helpful wherever it finds you and if you ever feel the need to reach out, we are always at [email protected] -Marvin
