Its October but the weather is unusually warm as we headed over for wine, beer, and Nicky Marmondo's award-winning meatballs at Polpette. You cannot say you've experienced the UWS if you have not tried Polpette's "naked meatballs" with a light Chianti. We spoke with the owner Nicky "Meatballs are my life" Mormando -- and with multi-Audie Award winning audio book narrator, Johnny Heller. Nicholas Martin-Smith, Producing Artistic Direct of Hudson Warehouse -- "the other Shakespeare in the Park" -- talked about correct use of blood on stage and his upcoming season. And we had a wine and meatball tasting with bartender and actor, Mariam Diaz. Oh and Chris Hoffman's OB makes another awesome prediction.
