Be Still - Dcn Kay Kay Kanu (Sunday February 19, 2023)

Psalm 46 encourages us to always hope and trust in God. To give Him glory for what He has done. ▪ Are we oppressed by troubles? God lifts us up and takes away our burdens. ▪ We will not fear because He is all sufficient. If God be for us who can be against us? ▪ God is protecting the church, making glad the saints. God is in the midst of the Church. ▪ For His glory, all will be still and know that He is God. He will be exalted among the heathen also. ▪ These may be depressing times but let’s not be dejected…..He will be exalted. The Lord of Hosts is with us. We do not need to wait for catastrophic events to stand still. We should take time each day to stand still and give Him honour.
