Beagles Freed from Testing Lab Taste Freedom!

Bundles of beagles were freed from a private contract research testing laboratory thanks to the relentless work of Beagle Freedom Project. Many of these beagles had never touched grass, experienced the outdoors or played with a toy. Some are over 8 years of age. Instead, they were tattooed with a number. Beagle Freedom Project President Shannon Keith tells us the story of how she and her team whisked these beagles to freedom and transitioned them to loving foster homes, where they will get a name and kindness, for the first time in their lives.
