The people were incredible, the vibes were immaculate and if Puerto Rico is not on your travel list yet… it needs to be.Of course the trip also included the true test of human patience. Air travel.We discuss the absolute chaos of people who lose their minds while boarding and un-boarding flights. You know the ones. Standing immediately. Pushing forward like the plane is on fire. One man stood up so fast that Josh got a surprise right on his shoulder. Yes… someone’s full wiener. Personal space officially cancelled ✈️😳Then there was the guy who took his shoes off the second he sat down and walked into the airplane bathroom in nothing but socks. Straight to jail. We are both convinced those socks came back with souvenirs no one asked for.Cort also realized her flight path went straight through the Bermuda Triangle and her 10-year-old self would have absolutely panicked about disappearing forever in mysterious ocean fog.Back home we talk about our evolving granny hobbies. Des is lobbying hard to start a puzzle swap because once you finish a puzzle, why let it collect dust when you could trade it and start another one? Honestly… it’s not a bad idea 🧩Then comes the mystery that sparked this episode. Des asked Cort what she thought “Beaver Whistles” were and let’s just say Cort’s guess was wildly incorrect. Think you know what it is?Des also shares a hilarious call from her 7 year old nephew Waylon. Little southern accent, big personality, and the confidence to FaceTime his aunt just to chat. Once he saw her on screen he was suddenly less interested and ready to move on.
