What this episode covers
Becoming an occupational therapy practitioner is a process and completing an OT program is a huge part of it. Today, I have Rachel Moore returning on the show, whom you may remember from a couple of previous episodes. We have been following Rachel on her journey to becoming an OT, from her volunteer hours to applying to schools, and now we catch up with her again as she has just completed the didactic part of her OT program and is about to embark on level 2 fieldwork. If you happened to miss her first 2 episodes, I’ll link to them in the show notes so you can catch up on all that has occurred on her journey to this point. In this episode you’ll hear all about her OT school journey from in-person learning pre-covid and the huge transition once the pandemic started and how she has been navigating the changes since then.
