Becoming Human - Sabbath | Matt Summerfield | Exodus 20:8-11

Sabbath is an act of rebellion to the default human cycle of working and worrying. It is a commandment to us from God as a way of worship and a sign to show that we trust in his divine presence in our lives. What exactly does sabbath mean and how can we imbibe the act into our weekly practice? Wherever you are on your journey of faith, we’re so glad you’re here.
