Becoming One With Nature

As the weather gets warmer and all the plants continue to grow, I feel drawn to reshare this beauty.When we had this conversation almost 2 years ago;It was the first time I was asked to not plan the episode and let flow whatever flow.It was the first time I was introduced to what it means to connect with nature.. It was the first time that it clicked how important it is to be mindful of the energy we allow into our space.I never would have thought that connect to tree could create so much feeling of love.
