Moslow's fourth need (esteem) was originally focusing on the esteem we crave from our piers. The idea was that once we have a sense of belonging (step 3) we kinda want to know where we fit in within the group. We will take this in a slightly different angle. HSP, after all, don't often struggle with getting esteem from others. We are pretty good at figuring out what other people need and producing it. Where we struggle is with self esteem. Come and listen in as we explore how we figure out what self esteem really is, how we can cultivate it as HSP, and why it's worth doing (both for ourselves and for others)
