Bedwetting — also called Nighttime Incontinence or Nocturnal Enuresis — isinvoluntary urination while asleep after the age at which staying dry at night can be reasonably expected. Bedwetting, whether in childhood or in adulthood, has a profound impact on a person's psycho-social development and mental well-being. In this episode, we'll talk more about bedwetting and how to deal with it.
