Before you Jump Ep 63 - Naketa's Voice of Hope

Heads up, the audio for part of this was terrible, it turned out one of the mics had died almost completely. We have done our best to clean this up and make it sound as good as possible. Luckily we had an extra mic lying around so D swaps them out eventually We are joined in the studio this week by the awesome Naketa. She has recently joined Voices of Hope as a blogger and put up an amazing first post! This can be found here. It is well worth a read, and she gives some great insight into her mental health, which many will relate to.
