How do you feel when you wake up in the morning? If you’re an early riser like me, It would be interesting to know how your mornings are lately. And If you are one of those that feel out of sorts or a bit of in a funk in the early hours of waking, you are not alone. I’ve had plenty of friends who messaged me and asked how they could remedy the not so good feels whenever they get up on or about sunrise or whatever time they wake up. Sometimes I feel that way too. Luckily, I came across a podcast that can help and you may be interested in checking it out. The podcasts name is Wake Me Up, hosted by my new friend Tyler Brown. Wake Me Up is designed to be a guided morning routine. Right when you wake up, your mind is a relatively blank slate. You have the opportunity to affect your mindset for the rest of the day in those first waking moments. Instead of scrolling through social media or the news, and filling your mind with a bunch of negative things, turn on an episode of Wake Me Up.
