Hello I'm Michael, a codependent love addict. I didn't know what that meant until I went to my 1st SLAA (Sex & love addicts) meeting. Having already done 12 step work up n Al-Anon, I was familiar with the process. The 12 step process has allowed me to heal the adolescent & young adult that was trapped in previous pain. Diary of a codependent love addict chronicles my daily struggles with staying out of harm's way.
