Şirketin özkaynakları ise 31 Aralık 2025’teki 5.724.626.154 TL seviyesinden 5.500.889.819 TL’ye gerilemiştir.Gayrimenkul Portföyü: Şirketin portföyünde öne çıkan projelerden Sinpaş AquaCity’de 31 Mart 2026 itibarıyla 68 bağımsız bölüm bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca Aqua Mall AVM bünyesindeki 68 dükkandan kira geliri elde edilmeye devam edilmektedir. Yatırım amaçlı gayrimenkullerin toplam değeri 5.070.036.169 TL olarak raporlanmıştır.Portföy Sınırlamalarına Uyum: Batı Ege GYO, gayrimenkul yatırım ortaklıklarına ilişkin portföy sınırlamalarına yüksek oranda uyum sağlamaktadır. Gayrimenkuller ve gayrimenkule dayalı projelerin toplam varlıklar içindeki payı %97,96 ile yasal asgari sınır olan %51’in oldukça üzerindedir.Personel ve Organizasyon: Şirket, 31 Mart 2026 tarihi itibarıyla 12 personel ile faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir ve herhangi bir şubesi veya bağlı ortaklığı bulunmamaktadır.
