“Behavior Change”

I’ve been asked why I decided to change. It was more of a feeling. The feeling is like being stuck in place but inside yourself. I just felt like I wasn’t growing in the ways that I wanted to grow. I was already battling bad behaviors. I was, dealing with my demons after I stop drinking and drugging. See I knew I was in for a battle but I did not understand the strength that it would take to keep going. See the behavior change isn’t just you change and you’re done. That’s not it. See the behavior change is a complete production process in my opinion and what I mean by that is there are no days off. You are constantly tweaking the program. I am constantly tweaking my program so that I can be the best versions of myself. I changed because I felt that I needed to in order to grow. In order to go to the next level of my life based on what I thought of myself. I changed because I wanted to be a better human being. I want to be a better person. I want to be a better father. I want to be a better brother. A better son. A better husband. I mean all these things add up and they continue to add up because I continue to work at being the absolute best Tavares has to offer.
