Megan drives Zalando's vision to be the Starting Point for Fashion in these five markets by leading local teams and defining localised strategies. Megan explains how Zalando has made D&I an integral part of its business operations: internally and externally, at the corporate level and locally. She shares insights into Zalando’s D&I strategy, called do.BETTER, and some of the achievements of Zalando’s D&I report 2022. She discusses some of the challenges and learnings to make the company and the industry a place where everyone feels welcome.
