While most of us are focusing on making one career work, this weeks episode is with someone who has totally dominated two completely different industries.When Lesley Paterson, 5x World Champion professional triathlete retired from sports, she was asked “What’s next?” She replied she was moving around the world from Scotland to Los Angeles to write a screenplay and win an Oscar.If anyone doubted her, they might have felt justified as the years went by. It took 16 years for Lesley’s screenplay, an adaptation of “All Quiet on the Western Front"; to get made - it was eventually picked up by Netflix. Lesley not only succeeded in her goal to win an Oscar, she won four.
