Helen Revans is the founder of Nurture Your Life and a Certified Holistic Health Coach specialising in "Gut and Thyroid hormone health".  Helen has 30 years’ experience as a Food Preparation and Nutrition educator. Originally from the UK yet based in Hong Kong for the last 21 years she works with a variety of individuals and organisations.   Helen has led community service projects to Cambodia where she built and funded 180 houses with the Tabitha Foundation. I wore a great dress on my 21stbirthday that I still fit into."05:13 My dad became unemployed in the Margaret Thatcher years in the UK when unemployment was 13% and it was a very tough time and he was unemployed for about two years at that time with three children and a mortgage to pay and it wasn’t looking good.08:23 I know there will be obstacles along the way and there will times when I’m thinking “What am I doing”, “Why did I do this”.09:35 I’ve got a holistic approach to “Nurturing Your Life”11:03 A “Warrior Training Camp” you do a lot of challenging activities.13:05 I’m able to map all their symptoms and look at all the interconnectedness of their symptoms to be able to tell them, possibly, what is the root cause of their illness or dis-ease in their body and what really is going on. So, I focus a lot on gut and hormone health.  14:55 I always tell people to do their own research from reliable sources. Just Googling isn’t enough. You want to go on research documents from reliable sources and read books by medical doctors.17:31 I love educating people….17:56 I’ve done house building in Cambodia with my students. So for eleven years I led a service project building houses in Cambodia.
