Being our self

from spiritual principles made practical's podcast · host Scott Friedman

The more we accept and allow ourself the freedom to express who we really are, the better everything in our life grows. While we are not the roles we play in life, we are the being playing those roles.  I am choosing to play the roles of husband, friend, writer, speaker, spiritual leader, mortgage broker.  These roles give me the opportunity to accept, employ and in some cases change my self image.  For example, in playing these roles, I have the opportunity to show and more fully accept my traits of honesty, resourcefulness, kindness, wisdom, acceptance, kindness, love, compassion, flexibility, humility, patience, commitment, determination, and others. At this time strengthening my self image of someone being committed and resourceful is very helpful as I find challenges in some areas of my life.  I accept that I've created the challenges in my life to help me grow in my self acceptance, to access more of who I am in rising to the challenges. I offer thought coaching to create a greater acceptance of your self image and how to consciously improve it.  For a free introductory session, contact me at [email protected] My books are available on Amazon.  You can find links to them on my website, www.thoughtcoachingbyscott.com
