It’s about awakening our faith and trust in the universe trust in our own abilities will power and confidence, in our own creativity so that we become aware that being positive is not something we have to do at mind level but that’s by product of our true nature. Our true natural self is always Eternal Joyful and blissful. It’s about announcing our trillions of cells to stay joyful and energetic and allowing them to store in their memory. It’s about calming our mind chatter with a positive affirmation. It’s about connecting to mother earth and feeling grounded, connected, and supported.
