Being Taught To Be Led, Not To Lead

If we want kids that are self starters, we have to give them the space to start themselves. We cannot be in a household, where we wash all their clothes, clean their bathroom all the time, and wash the dishes all the time or go in their rooms to clean it up. Kids become better adults when they grow up with structure and rules in a standard. As parents, before a child can lead outside of the home, we have to create spaces for them to be leaders in the Home. And that's what today's episode is about.
