Being "too young"

Growing up as the baby in the group, I feel like as I got older I had to "prove" to everyone that I wasn't a kid anymore. Whenever we are sharing our hardships and struggles with another person and they respond in a way that is not necessarily understanding, it is frustrating. We all know the feeling, and it's invalidating!!! This episode I'm talking about just that... and not making much sense while doing so lol, kinda just ranting!!
