Being Unique

How to be unique in an industry that is literally drowning with same-ness. How to be unique in an industry that has so many commodity spas, med spas and aesthetic clinics. You have to be able to tap into your unique genius. You have to be able to really tap into how your way of doing things is different. You have to tap into your ability to create something that has never been done before. The reason why there are so many commodity aesthetic and wellness spa and clinics out there is because so many of you spend so much time looking at what everyone else is doing and then create your business around what you see everyone else doing. You can't be innovative and new and special when you are creating from a place of looking outside of yourself in order to determine what you are going to create.
