Beliefs shape what we do how we live and what we think and can hold us back from our true self. Research shows that our beliefs are formed at different stages and we can identify even if they have been formed pre birth. 0 - 7, 8-14, 15-21 and further research has indicated 22-27 is also an imprint stage. Another way to look at when beliefs are formed is 0-11 Childhood experiences, 12-21 Adolescent Experiences and 21 - today are your Adult Experiences, take a look at these times and ask yourself what beliefs were formed?Beliefs around Family, Money, relationships and so much more is imprinted on us or missing from our beliefs, I am enough and I am worthy are beliefs we form. At times it important to challenge the beliefs that don't serve you and change your beliefs if they don't align with you.As coached both Nathan and I know that beliefs are one of the most important things not only to identify what the belief is, but where and when was this belief created and do they serve me anymore, are they true?
