Do you ever feel like you’re supposed to be “over it” by now—over the sadness, over the sin, over the season you’re in? I’ve been there, and God is teaching me that He values my being with Him far more than my doing for Him. It’s a lesson I’m still learning, one quiet step at a time.And maybe that’s the invitation for both of us this week—to loosen our grip on all the “shoulds,” slow down enough to actually abide, and trust that God is shaping something beautiful in us even when we feel stuck.
