BenchTalk Episode 27: Permission Granted

IT'S A NEW SEASON!!! Season 5 is here and I'm super excited for you! Why? Because I have so much in store for you. We're getting even more vulnerable. I'm holding myself accountable and I want you to do the same. This season, we're starting off with probably THE most vulnerable I've been in public. And guess what? I'm totally ok with that... now. It has taken me MONTHS to release this episode BECAUSE it is so vulnerable and exposing. But here's what I know. I know that I am not the only one who has life's challenges. I know that I am not the only one who 'believed' that 'Strong Women' should not show vulnerability. Guess what... that's FALSE. So I'm getting ultra vulnerable here, with you.
