Walking outside makes you more likely to exercise, especially if we are with nature.it's important for our bones, blood cells and immune system.it also help to absorb more of certain minerals like calcium and phosphorus.Even a simple plant in the room or picture of nature can make us feel less anxious, angry and stressed.But it's better if we get out of that room. Exercise is good for anxiety too.Humam contact and the sense of community are important for our mental health.As five minutes of out door activities can help improve our self -esteem.
