Bessie's House - Helping the Homeless in NE KC Bessie’s House is a loving, Christ-like response to the spiritual, economic, and social poverty across the city of Kansas City, Missouri; with focus on the Old Northeast neighborhood area. They are a passionate group of servant followers of Jesus dedicated to respond to these problems – one person at a time. Bessie’s House serves hundreds of people every month with an introduction to Jesus, a bite to eat, a hot shower and laundry service.
