The Back in the Saddle group career coaching scheme was launched in 2024 and received overwhelmingly positive feedback from its first cohort. We invited coachee, Vicky Jux, to share her experience of being part of this initiative, which is free to member and open to vets and nurses who are over 5 years qualified.
