Beyond the body, where does the soul journey—and what frees the Soul? உடல் நீங்கிய பின் ஆன்மா எவ்வாறு விடுதலை பெறுகிறது? அந்த விடுதலையின் உண்மைத் தன்மை என்ன?
from Santhosam Podcast: Guiding Light of Spiritual Wisdom · host Santhosam
In the 11th Velvi discourse (2000–2001), Gurumahan highlights life’s ultimate question: when the soul leaves the body, where does it go and what truly grants it liberation? When this physical body is left behind, where should the soul (Atma) go? What state should it reach? What is human life? It is finding joy from sorrow, love from hatred, strength from weakness, wealth from poverty, freedom from slavery, and knowledge from ignorance. So what is life? Life is beautiful, loving, wise, powerful, blissful, and peaceful. All people in the world desire this. Why can they not attain it? They do not make the needed effort. They do not know the right path. They do not know the goal of human life. They go wherever their impulses lead their eyes, ears, legs, and mind. But you are the higher among humans. Among all living beings, humans are the highest, and among humans, you are the higher ones, the wise. The path you show the coming world will become the path all people follow. So what will you show them poverty, ignorance, weakness, or slavery? No. You came seeking wisdom and a true Guru because you wanted freedom from these. Ignorance is the cause of everything that hides truth. Only true knowledge can remove this ignorance. What is true knowledge? It is knowing yourself and knowing the Universe around you. What does knowing yourself mean? It means knowing who you are first understanding the body, its function and principles; then understanding the life force (prana), the mind, and the intellect; and finally realizing the “I” principle, the Self that moves them all. Therefore, realizing the Self is the goal of great beings, sages, and yogis. You too have received that realization, the awareness (MeiUnarvu) that fills the whole Universe, the awareness that exists as the Guru and as the Supreme Reality. Just as parents always wish their child to rise no matter how much they suffer, you have a true Guru who loves you like a mother, cares for you like a father, acts as your close friend, and gently receives all your burdens whenever you come. You must gain the nature of that Guru. For many ages you worshipped God, bowed, performed rituals, and offered devotion. Because you excelled in devotion, you have received this Jnana (Kundalini Initiation) as fruit. Because you shone in devotion, you have gained wisdom!Send us Fan MailLet Wisdom Flourish!Let Peace Prevail! Let us protect Mother earth!Let us protect the Universe!
