Beyond the game: Sarah Carvell on athlete well-being and performance.

Today we’re getting under the hood of Sarah Carvell a mother, daughter, sister and a BPS Chartered and HCPC Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist. She has an undergraduate degree in Sport Psychology from Coventry University and an MSc in Sport Psychology from Cardiff Metropolitan University. Sarah has been fully chartered for over 8 years, during which time she has undertaken roles such as Lead Sport Psychology Coach at the University of Birmingham, Sport Psychologist at Sport Wales working with multiple sports and most recently Lecturer in Sport and Exercise Psychology at University of Gloucestershire.
