This episode I get to share my story with the cold and in particular my grief journey how it brought me to the Wim Hof method and how it has changed and enhanced my life over the last 4 years! This episode features an interview with Níall O Murchu Wim Hof’s most distinguished Wim Hof method trainer from Oct ‘21 I also share my experience of being on a deep immersive retreat in Cliffs of Moher retreat in Co.
