Little did they know. Beyond the Time Barrier (1960) is a low-budget, sci-fi B-picture from director Edgar G. Ulmer (The Black Cat, 1934; Detour, 1945) and writer Arthur C. Pierce (The Cosmic Man, 1959; The Human Duplicators, 1965). To Chad's dismay, the plot includes a lot of walking and talking across a set filled with inverted pyramids. Oh, and the mutants… sigh.
