This is the Big Human’s Whiskey Journey where he gets to taste a whiskey blind, with no preconceived ideas and we get his initial reaction. Now, I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to blind the Big Human on a single malt when we had him in the Bourbon Bunker. And so we poured him, and some friends of the show, one of my favorite Single Malts from Sideshow Spirits in Lincoln Nebraska. What does the Big Human and the rest think of this single malt?
