In October 2023, Bill was appointed to the International Housewares Association (IHA) Board of Directors to help guide its strategic direction. An active alumnus and award recipient from Alma College—where he served as Alumni Board President—he also serves on the National Board for Gift of Adoption and resides in Oakwood Hills, Illinois.
