Ruben helped bring Wagner to the Phillies in Nov. 2003 following a trade with Houston. Jim and Todd covered him for two seasons in Philly in 2004-05. All three think Wagner is deserving of a bronze plaque in Cooperstown, N.Y. Wagner talks about his Hall of Fame chances in his 10th and final year of BBWAA eligibility.
