Birds-I-View: The impact of local government

In the November edition of Birds-I-View, Colleen Holden and guest host Adam Tichler explored the importance of local government. First, Cole Loiacano looked at civic engagement on ISU’s campus and in the McLean County area. Next, Bella Marello spoke with Kathleen Lorenz about the responsibilities of the Normal Town Council. Following that, Gigi Escobedo and Ally Cooper examined the duties of the McLean County Board, and Colleen Holden spoke with 91st District Representative Sharon Chung about how her position contributes to the functionality of local government.
