Happy 40th to me. I reflect on the lessons learned. We also talk about those epic fails that took place too. The things we have gotten into that we don't speak on because we want to be appear less flawed than we really are.

We also discuss the self care fails and success that have taken place over the last week. Some you may remember from last week. Pray that I will have the self care fixed up by the time we come back.
