You'll be damned if you do, and damned if you don't.” Eleanor RooseveltHow many times have you stopped yourself from doing something because you were afraid of what someone might think?No matter what we do, say, or think, there will always be critics. Why? Because it’s easier to be a critic than to be a person of action, and for every person of action, there are a hundred critics waiting on the sideline to point out how they would have done something different. It’s easier to make a judgment than to take a stand. If we follow our hearts, we will be criticized, but that’s okay because we’ll also be able to look back on life and see a history of courage over fear. History notices the courageous, but the critics and the fearful are forgotten. When was the last time someone brought up ‘that critic from the 18th century?’ It doesn’t happen. Why? Because they don’t matter. The doers, the warriors, the people of action are the ones who are remembered, remembered for the heart behind their actions. What will you do today?
