Ancak, aynı dönemde 787.183.508 TL net dönem zararı ve 3.091.057.225 TL esas faaliyet zararı kaydedilmiştir.İşletmenin Sürekliliği ve Borç Yapısı: 30 Kasım 2025 itibarıyla Grup’un kısa vadeli yükümlülükleri, dönen varlıklarını 5.225.007.352 TL tutarında aşmaktadır. Bu durum ve biriken 10.929.024.325 TL tutarındaki geçmiş yıllar zararları, işletmenin sürekliliğine ilişkin ciddi şüphe uyandırabilecek önemli belirsizlikler olarak raporlanmıştır.Sermaye Artırımı ve Tavan Değişikliği: Şirket, Haziran 2025'te tamamlanan işlemlerle çıkarılmış sermayesini 4.364.569.202 TL'ye yükseltmiştir. Ayrıca, Kasım 2025'te yapılan tescil ile kayıtlı sermaye tavanı 6.000.000.000 TL'den 21.800.000.000 TL'ye çıkarılmıştır.Denetçi Görüşü ve İlişkili Taraf Alacakları: Bağımsız denetim raporunda, Grup’un ana hissedarı Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü’nden olan 3.877.618.366 TL tutarındaki ticari olmayan alacağın tahsilatına ilişkin vade ve şekil belirsizliği nedeniyle şartlı sonuç bildirilmiştir.Önemli Futbolcu Transferleri ve Teknik Kadro:Gedson Fernandes, 20.779.220 Avro bonservis bedeli ve ek bonuslar karşılığında FC Spartak-Moscow'a transfer olmuştur.Wilfred Ndidi 8.000.000 Avro bedelle kadroya katılırken, Orkun Kökçü, Kevin Abraham ve El Bilal Touré satın alma opsiyonlarıyla kiralanmıştır.Teknik direktör Ole Gunnar Solskjaer ile yollar ayrılmış ve yerine Ali Rıza Sergen Yalçın ile 2026-2027 sezonu sonuna kadar sözleşme imzalanmıştır.UEFA Yaptırımları: UEFA, 2023-2024 dönemi kadro maliyeti kuralı ihlali nedeniyle Şirket'e 900.000 Avro idari para cezası vermiştir ve bu ceza Temyiz Dairesi tarafından onaylanmıştır.
